Regulations (ver. 0.61)
§ 1. The Definitions
a. The terms: “W-M ROT” and “Publisher” refer to the Warmia and Mazury Regional Tourist Organization, 1 Staromiejska Street, Olsztyn – the owner and administrator of mazury.travel Internet domain.
b. The terms: “website”, “site”, “portal” and “mazury.travel” refer to the http://mazury.travel website and all of its tools and functions available.
c. Regulations are a derivative of civil law, which consist of obligations, precepts and restrictions regulating the usage of the website. The elements not described in the Regulations are under regulations of civil code. Any dispute concerning copyrights shall be first dealt via conciliatory means.
§ 2. General Resolutions
a. I hereby accept the mazury.travel Regulations available under http://mazury.travel web address and I give consent for my personal data to be stored and processed in an electronic database for marketing purposes by the Warmia and Mazury Regional Tourist Organization, 1 Staromiejska Street, Olsztyn; and its associates. I understand my right to look into the data, actualize it and remove it in accordance with the protection of private data act (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dz.U.) 1997 issue 133, position 883).
b. W-M ROT is not to be held responsible for the content of published materials and the loss of data due to technical failures that may occur or any other independent events.
c. W-M ROT may leave the questions about individual user cases unanswered. The Publisher does not approve of the information and materials at mazury.tavel website being used beyond regular User needs.
d. W-M ROT can change these regulations at any time, without further explanation.
e. W-M ROT has the right to send information and advertising brochures to user’s email address on both its own account and on account of third party contractors.
f. W-M ROT is not responsible for the content and accuracy of hyperlinks published on the website.
g. W-M ROT respects the copyrights to the data published on mazury.travel website in accordance with regular usage terms.
h. The person responsible for making decisions in cases concerning civil law is the President of W-M ROT or designated branch Director.
§ 3. Terms of Usage
a. By entering or verifying forms on the website I consent to copying the data, multiplication, modification, translation and publication in W-M ROT related media. I declare that I have the ownership to the creations, as understood by the copyright protection act (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland (Dz. U.) 2000 issue 80, position 904), and hereby transfer the rights to administer, copy, multiply, modify, translate and publish the data in W-M ROT related media.
b. The data stored in the website’s database cannot be copied digitally. W-M ROT allows, however, for the data to be printed charge-free on the condition of applying the information that: “The information comes from http://mazury.travel” or “You can find more at http://mazury.travel”
c. Data that is incomplete, incorrect or breaks the Polish law shall be suspended form access by W-M ROT employees. The Administration will contact the author electronically.
d. Should any part of the Regulations be found invalid or inexecutable wholly or partially by a court or other adequate institution, it shall not affect other regulations or the rest of that clause.
